The reason i respect Big ma so much is that she does'nt stand by when cassie is in a fight. Some evidence is that she told cassie that she new it was'nt right but it was the way things were. Also even though cassie, Stacey, Little man, and christopher john ran out she let them explain and saved T.J.'s life.This shows why i respect Big Ma.

The only reason she does not stand by her because she does want something happen to them or the family.Cassie does not know haw things are but she has to learn somehow. I respect big ma because she has lots of experience, because she is old and knows whats going on in the world. Cassie just go to go to strawberry for the first time. I think big ma should of waited untill Cassie was older.
