I think that the Logan's family have respect. I say this because In the story Papa let Mr. Morrison live with them since he got fired from his job and he didn't have anywhere to live in. Also the Logans have to suffer about the mortgage they have and it is hard for them to pay. But ma'ma says " white people may demand our respect, but what we give them no respect but fear". Also they have a hard time because of their color and they could be treated unequal.

It is good that you included quotes and examples from the text. However, how does having a hard time make them respectful? Won´t they respect the people who make it hard for them less, since they can't see what good people the Logans are? I think they don´t respect the people like the Wallaces. Instead they maybe feel pity on them, since they can not see that the color of your skin makes no difference?
